Fun Day Events
At AOE we are serious about education but like to have fun too!
| January | Last Wednesday of January | Decade Day | Decade themed hair and makeup and costumes. |
| February | Wednesday before February 14th | Valentines Day | Wear pink and/or red. |
| February | Last Wednesday of February | Pink Shirt Day (Anti-Bullying Day) | Wear pink shirts (shirts only). Pants must be uniform. |
| March | Wednesday before March 17th | St. Patrick's Day | Wear green. |
| April | Third Wednesday of April | BC Children's Hospital Jeans Day | Buy a pin ($5) and wear jeans - only BLUE jeans. Smocks must be worn. |
| May | Last Wednesday of May | Western Day | Western costumes. |
| June | Last Wednesday in June | Hawaiian Day | Buy pieces of pizza from AoE for lunch and wear Hawaiian costumes. |
| July | Last Wednesday before Summer Holidays | Pirate Summer Party (party starts at 3pm) | Pirate costumes. |
| August | No party - just a whole week off! 🙂 | Relax and Rejuvenate | |
| September | Last Wednesday in September | SPCA Day - Charity Pet Food Drive | Dress as an animal and bring in pet food to donate. |
| October | Wednesday before Halloween | Halloween Party (party starts at 3pm) | Pumpkin Carving Contest & Halloween Costumes. |
| November | Last Wednesday in November | Movember (to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer) | Dress as a man and wear a moustache. |
| December | Last Wednesday before Winter Holiday | Christmas Party (party starts at 3pm) | Wear Christmas Pajama's and if you can, bring a gift ($5 or less) for Secret Santa. |
About Our Fun Day Events
All fun day events are entirely optional. If you do not want to participate, just wear school uniform as per usual. Outfits must ALWAYS cover boobs, bellies, butts and toes. Outfits must not effect your ability to do treatments on guests. At 3pm on the day of the Summer Party, the Halloween Party and the Christmas Party, students can show toes and/or amp up to ‘full costume’.
When: Last Wednesday of February
What: Wear pink shirts (shirts only).

What: Buy a pin ($5) and wear jeans – only BLUE jeans.
